Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Introduction
Welcome to Aytizon Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

 

We operate at the intersection of international travel and UK education. With our business manager being a certified British Council Knowledge Trained Counsellor, we offer paid an end-to-end guidance to international students coming to study here in the United Kingdom, accompanying them from planning their UK education journey, through submission of their UCAS or direct admission, helping them applying for their UK student visas, securing a suitable student accommodation, to enrolling at their courses.

 

As an independent travel agency, we also book travels on behalf of our customers (mainly students, their accompanying/visiting families and friends) at no service fee. The customer does not pay us any added fee for this service, the suppliers do. At the request of the customer via a "travel booking appointment", we book flights, accommodations, cruises and other travel-related products mainly through our Expedia travel agent portal and on the cruises lines agent booking platforms.


We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16594737.

By using our website or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
 
2. Our Role as an Intermediary
We act as an agent for the travel suppliers, including but not limited to:
Airlines via Expedia TAAP or affiliated Online Travel Agents
Hotels and accommodation providers
Consolidators and wholesalers
Other ATOL-licensed principals
When you make a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the travel supplier.


We are responsible for:
Displaying accurate information provided by suppliers
Processing your booking request
Providing confirmation and customer support

Contact the customer service support on your behalf, according to the booking policy
We are not responsible for:

For the performance of the travel suppliers during your journey with them
Changes made by suppliers
Flight schedules
Supplier decisions on refunds or cancellations
 
3. ATOL Protection
Some flights and package holidays booked through us are ATOL-protected by the relevant ATOL holder.
You will receive an ATOL Certificate where required.
If no ATOL Certificate is issued, the booking is not ATOL-protected.
 
4. Booking Process
When you make a booking:
You submit a "travel booking appointment" request through our platform
We confirm availability with the supplier (airline, hotel, cruises, tour operators, etc.) 
Once confirmed, we send you an invoice and process your payment
We then book your travel  and send you a booking confirmation along with your itinerary
Your contract is formed with the supplier named on the confirmation
Bookings are only considered final once you receive written confirmation.
 
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Changes requested by you
Any amendment (such as names, dates, destinations) may incur:
Airline or supplier change fees
Fare or rate differences
Some bookings are non-changeable or completely non-refundable.
5.2 Cancellations requested by you
If you cancel:
Supplier cancellation fees apply
Some tickets and hotel rates are non-refundable
Refunds may take long, depending on supplier processing times


5.3 Cancellations or changes by suppliers
If your supplier cancels, delays, or significantly changes your booking:
We will inform you as soon as possible
Remedies (refunds, rebooking, compensation) depend entirely on the supplier’s policy
We are not responsible for decisions made by airlines or hotels
5.4 No-shows
If you do not arrive on time or fail to board your flight, hotel or cruise, no refund is usually provided.
 
6. Prices & Payment
6.1 Pricing
Prices may fluctuate based on supplier availability, exchange rates, or fare rules.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirming a booking.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept most of the Debit/Credit cards, including:
Visa
Mastercard
PayPal

etc
Other secure methods shown on checkout
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store your card details.


6.3 Payment Verification
We may require additional verification to prevent fraud.
If verification is not provided, we may cancel the booking and issue a refund.
 
7. Travel Documents & Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Holding a valid passport
Checking visa requirements, unless you have requested our UK education consultancy or visitor visa assistance services
Checking vaccination/health requirements
Ensuring names match exactly as shown on passports
Ensuring details you provide are correct
Checking baggage allowances, airport terminals, and flight times
Ensuring your contact details are correct so we can reach you
We are not liable for costs resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
 
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Cancellations
Medical expenses
Missed connections
Lost luggage
Supplier insolvency
Insurance is your responsibility and is not included unless stated.
 
9.UK education end-to-end support services
As an independent UK education consultant we charge a fee for our services. See our 'Pricing' page for more information.


9.1 Nature of the Service
Our education consultancy service includes:

Helping you choose a suitable course and universities or colleges

Helping you prepare and submit your student admission through UCAS or direct for Graduates
Providing general guidance on student / visitor visa requirements
Assisting with completing universities/visa application forms
Helping you prepare supporting documents and interview where required
Submitting applications on your behalf where appropriate and/or permitted
Tracking application progress where permitted

Helping you choose and book suitable students accommodations in the UK
Assisting with booking VAC appointment for biometric

Helping you register with a local doctor and opening a UK bank account if you have opted for this service

Helping you enroll at your chosen UK university or college if you have opted for this service
9.2 Not Immigration Advice
We are not immigration advisers, and we do not provide legal advice under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
Our role is limited to administrative assistance and form-filling support.
For any legal questions or complex cases, travellers must consult an authorised immigration adviser or an immigration solicitor.
9.3 Processing & Decisions
All visa applications are processed and decided solely by the relevant government authorities.
We have no control over:
Approval or refusal of applications
Processing times
Additional documentation requests
Changes in immigration rules
We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted.
9.4 Fees
Our education consultancy fees cover administrative support only and do not include:
Government visa fees
Biometrics fees
Courier services
Interpreter/translation costs
These additional charges are the responsibility of the traveller.
9.5 Traveller Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
All information provided is truthful and accurate
All documents are supplied on time
You attend biometrics appointments or interviews as required
We are not liable for application refusals resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. 


10. Supplier Terms Apply
Each supplier has its own terms and conditions which also apply to your booking, including:
Airline fare rules
Hotel cancellation policies
Online Travel Agents conditions
You must read and agree to those terms before completing your booking.
 
11. Our Liability
We do not accept liability for:
Acts or omissions of suppliers
Flight delays or cancellations
Overbooking or changes made by airlines or hotels
Force majeure events (e.g., wars, strikes, weather, pandemics)
Additional costs such as accommodation, transport, meals, or missed flights
We remain liable only for:
Misrepresentation
Our own negligence
Errors caused by our booking process
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the booking.
 
12. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraud.
Proof of ID may be required in some cases.
 
13. Complaints
If you have an issue with your travel services:
Report it to the supplier immediately (hotel reception, airline desk)
Keep evidence and receipts

We will assist you to the best of our abilities but cannot override supplier decisions.
 
14. Website Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the website
Create false bookings
Copy, scrape or reproduce content without permission
We may deny access if misuse is detected.
 
15. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains:
What data we collect
How it is processed
Which suppliers receive your data

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
